1. Before the test machine, the locking screw of the limit mechanism should be loosened.

2. Then pull the ring chain by hand to make the curtain door about 1 meter above the ground.

3. Try the “Up”, “Stop” and “Down” buttons first, and observe whether the functions of raising, stopping and lowering the rolling door are sensitive and reliable: if normal, you can raise or lower the door curtain to the position you determine.

4. Turn the limit screw sleeve and adjust it to the micro switch roller. After hearing the sound of “dida”, tighten the locking screw.

5. Repeated debugging to make the limit reach the best position, and then tighten the locking screw with fingers. The rolling door machine should be installed horizontally. The door curtain reel should be concentric and horizontal, and the curtains should not be stuck.

6. Adjust the sag of the chain to 6-10mm (adjust before the shaft is not hung with the curtain).

7. The cross-section of the external power cord for the power supply of the rolling door machine is not less than 1mm.

8. The opening and closing of the electric rolling gate motor only needs to operate the switch button: the rolling gate will stop automatically after it is in place.

9. If you want to stop in the middle, you can operate the stop button when the rolling door is rising or falling.

10. Another advantage of the electric rolling gate is that in the event of a power failure, the manual mechanism can also be operated, the hand-pulled ring chain, the rolling gate rises slowly, and stops pulling when it is in place.

11. Do not exceed the original limit height, so as not to damage the limit pull switch.

12. Lightly pull the self-weight pull rod, and the rolling door will slide down at a constant speed. When it is close to closing, you should loosen the self-weight drop rod, and then pull it again to fully close.
